During the 2022 floods, PHRO provided critical aid to 140,840 individuals across Sukkur, Khairpur, and Ghotki districts. The organization distributed 2,500 ration bags, set up 20 mobile health clinics serving 25,250 patients, and delivered winterization kits to 500 families.

Collaborating with IOM, USAID, and local authorities, PHRO ensured access to food, medical care, and shelter for displaced communities, including persons with disabilities and marginalized groups.
