PHRO partnered with NADRA to register 818 women for CNICs in UC Garhi Mori, empowering them to access government services, vote, and assert their legal rights. The campaign targeted marginalized groups, including religious minorities and persons with disabilities.

Through door-to-door outreach and mobile registration vans, PHRO addressed systemic barriers to documentation, enabling women to participate fully in civic life.
